Worked on a mine in the Northern Cape (Aggeneys) for a couple of years and then joined up with a group of entreprenuers to develop a patent. Sold the patent to a Finnish company after working in Aussie, Chile and Europe to commercialise the patent. Joined McKinsey as a management consultant in 2001. Was elected to be a Partner of McKinsey in 2008. Will be starting up a new business in 2011 to support entreprenuers and develop community enterprises. Married with 1 (almost 2) girls. They will not be allowed into Wilgenhof ... ever;-)
